    第一次

    第一次玩腹腔镜的钳子，玩的不太好，不过学的还挺快
    第一次皮内缝合，对合的不太好，嘎嘎
    周六第一次单独值班，一个VIP病人，搞得挺累
     
    今天收了好多急诊，一个是因为吵架所以吞了戒指和弄眉毛的小镊子
    戒指拉出来了，小镊子今天开刀拿出来了，可惜的是俺没有看到怎么弄的...
    开完刀这个明显看上去是个不吃痛的独生子女，他痛的要死，打了曲马多一点也不好
    “作”男人，小小折磨他一下，到12点再给他一针，恩，就这样愉快的决定了
