看着原来的实习生们都趾高气昂的带学生了,真是搞笑啊~

想象我们自己虽然水平也不咋样,也都带大学生了,真是惭愧啊...

熊猫说我们有代沟了,伤心...

所以交待下最近看的片子~

 

hot fuzz

适合大多数人看的片子,一点动作,一点悬疑,一点幽默,一点点点点的恐怖,不太习惯的英式英语的发音~

 

snatch

今天一起看的,2000年的片子,很赞,喜欢"疯狂的石头"的一定要看,还是听不太懂的英式发音,尤其是brad pitt,故意含混不清,绝倒~

是我们科室一个主任医生推荐的片子,个人觉得他还是很有生活品味的,人长的也斯文~

 

trainspotting

主题很灰暗

钻马桶的镜头很经典,今天的外滩画报上提到ewan时,还说他是从苏格兰最肮脏的厕所里出来的,orz~

不是所有人都会喜欢的,当然如果决定看,还是要看未剪切版的~

 

后两部因为年代久远,down不到的同学们可以找我拷,反正近期不会删的~

别说我介绍的太简单,因为多说了看起来就米劲了~

 

 

检查

是卫生部来人的,搞的一片人心惶惶,各个环节都要好好粉饰一番;

就连护士小姐都规定要露出自己的小腿来取悦检查团的眼球...

 

连班

由于种种原因,带着我值班的那个住院医生要连续值周四和周五两个班,所以白天他老是在休息室处于"昏迷"的状态...

 

疼痛

一个腹腔镜切胆囊的病人,术后第一日;

照例是个小刀,照例应该可以下床走走了;

可是她却连平躺也做不到,因为疼痛;

老法师也讲不出个所以然,床边B超做了两个,都是阴性;

于是杜冷丁50mg六个小时打了两次,第三次病人要打杜冷丁的时候,我们都有点开始怀疑是药物依赖;

所幸的是,到了晚饭时分,病人开始缓解了,否则那个晚上就更high了...

 

不应该出现的急诊

本来周四不是我们收急诊的日子;

可是楼上已经收了6个急诊病人,于是开始由我们收急诊了;

一个上消化道出血的病人,我们楼面的住院医生接了个电话,拿了套病号服和空白的病史就冲急诊去了;

病人都没有时间到病房,直接从急诊室去手术室,实习的同学一起跟去开刀,我留守病房;

开刀结果是胃癌,广泛转移,仅仅是离断了胃周可见的血管,止血后关腹,一个平时还挺健康的老头,据说还天天跑步...

 

急诊2号

到11点多,住院总说还要收个腹膜炎的病人;

为了照顾我们楼面连班的医生,于是准备让楼上的值班住院医生去手术;

病人还没有上来,护士开始准备加床,做病历牌子,我就先在那个加床上眯了会,然后赶在病人看到我睡他的床之前起床~

他们说我还睡着了,因为听到我打呼了;

我就是个没心没肺的人,在哪里都能睡着...

 

肠系膜静脉栓塞

这就这个病人腹膜炎的原因;

住院总一开始就能明确诊断,挺令人佩服;

开刀的时候,楼上的住院说,"这种刀你来开开挺好的,可以练练打结",因为分肠系膜不断需要结扎的;

我想:那你打那么起劲干啥,让我也打几个嘛;

最后还是只有剪线...

 

2个半小时的睡眠

4AM-6:30AM.

 

ICU换药

双筒造瘘;

下面的造瘘口气味实在太可怕,一面弄,一面恶心,差点就真的吐了,可能因为缺少睡眠的关系;

我知道在病人面前这样不好,可我也很无奈...

 

周五的手术

本来安排周五我要去参加两个胃癌的手术的;

后来只安排了我去早上的那台刀;

手术台上还是很high的,下了手术就象烂肉瘫在沙发上了...

 

最后的对话

我们楼面值班的住院医生问住院总,为什么你开了一天一夜都精神抖擞,我却老是睡不醒呢;

那天住院总一共开了6个;

我的答案是:睡太多了,物极必反...
